We strip out the noise and lock in the smallest habits for movement, nutrition, and recovery that can survive your hardest week. Energy comes back first — everything else follows.

Phase 2

Consistency architecture

Weeks 5-12

With energy restored, we ramp volume and intensity. Weight comes off. Strength returns. Your body starts to look like the leader inside it.

Leadership Expansion

Weeks 12-16
