Brian Pickowicz is the co-founder and head coach of The Fitness Project. Brian’s mission is to help people raise their quality of life and unlock their drive by tapping back into their ultimate source of strength – their physical body. As a practitioner of mindfulness and a former bodybuilder turned marathon athlete, Brian’s focus is to connect physical and mental fitness so you have the tools you need for a limitless life.

Lindsey Rago is the co-founder of The Fitness Project and is an expert in the areas of emotional intelligence, fitness, and mindfulness. After losing 40lbs and skyrocketing her confidence through fitness, she chose to leave a comfy career as an engineer to share the tools she gained. Lindsey’s mission is to help women reconnect to themselves and achieve a steady state of peace and confidence.

Julia Deignan is the head coach at The Fitness Project and has been since 2019. She began her journey to a healthier lifestyle while studying for her Master’s Degree in Public Health where she lost 40lbs. From there, she dipped into powerlifting, ran a half marathon, and is continuing to evolve in fitness and her coaching practice.

Katelyn Gannon has been a coach with The Fitness Project since 2021. She began her journey to a healthier lifestyle in search of deep, unshakeable confidence. After bodybuilding with a focus in aesthetics, she shifted to taking on the identity of an athlete. Seeking performance and a more balanced lifestyle. As a NASM certified personal trainer and precision nutrition coach, Katelyn is excited to bring her joy, energy, and love for fitness to you!

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call the TFP INC Customer Service Department at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment.

First transfer is free, after which, additional transfers will be subject to a $75 fee. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Customer Service Department. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable TFP LIVE voucher which must be used within one year from your original TFP event date. Some restrictions apply. Once the event commences, customers seeking a refund will need to visit our TFP Customer Service booth during the Day 2 afternoon meal break at the event. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the Day 2 afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk during the Day 2 afternoon meal break. Imagine taking everything you’ve experienced virtually through your coaching experiences and having it played out in person while also getting more direct feedback from your team. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and connect with others who are trying to get to where you want to be from the TFP team! 

What if I am not a client of The Fitness Project?

PERFECT! This will be a fantastic way to get clarity on your vision for yourself as well as learning the key elements of your habits you’ll need to get to where you want to be!

What should I wear?

You’ll be moving around during this event, but nothing that will consist of intense exercise. That being said, we will be moving so dress comfortably and in something that makes YOU feel confident

What Is lunch included in my ticket?

YES! You’ll receive lunch with your ticket from a local, healthy restaurant!

Is breakfast included with my ticket?

We will have light snacks and refreshments like coffee and drinks, available for the entire course of the day.

What if I’m traveling alone?
