When we coach you in your fitness, we know that there are an endless number of strategies to reach a physical outcome. That is why we develop a strategy that is specifically tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, AND the types of movement that you enjoy. This makes fitness sustainable for life.
When most people think of nutrition, they think, “dieting” for weight loss which tends to mean restricting yourself and hating the food you eat for the sake of physical progress. Unfortunately, this approach rarely leads to real, lasting results. Our coaching philosophy is about sustainability and progress. When we build your nutrition strategy, we focus on an approach that works for your lifestyle, gets you the body you want, and teaches you how to create healthy habits with food.
Why don’t most fitness programs work? Why do most people lose the same 10lbs over and over again? It’s not because of their food or the exercises they choose, it’s because of their habits and mindset. Being “all or nothing,” a perfectionist, or getting stuck in comparison will always lead you back to square one searching for the next quick fix. Throughout your program, we will implement tools of mindfulness to boost your self-awareness, change your mental approach to fitness, and improve your overall, emotional well-being.
We understand that you are constantly being pulled in different directions and that the thought of adding another responsibility to your plate may seem daunting. The truth is, you’re already spending mental and emotional energy on how you look and how you feel and it’s taking up precious headspace. Our goal is to take that mental energy you’re already spending and pour it into things that will GIVE you energy and GIVE you life. Simply put, we won’t ask you to do more than what you think you can handle.
Our question is, when would the right time be? We ask from a place of caring and empathy knowing that for so many, the timing is not the fear… It’s the fear of failing or falling off before the goal is reached that causes the most hesitation. From our perspective, the success of your journey is not determined by how much weight you lose or how closely you follow your plan. When you shift away from fear and embrace the process of your own self-betterment, you will see that right now is the best time to get started.
